Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry and other instructions contained within promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only, entry to this contest is free. Contestants may submit one entry only using the original registration form.
  3. Entrants must enter online. We ask that entrants not wear makeup, use any filters or editing in any photos upon application. The organisers reserve the right to discard any applications that do not adhere to these requirements.
  4. Open to Females who are between 14-25 years to register.
  5. To enter, applicants must fill out all required fields included in the online form hosted on the Ete Swimwear website.
  6. Applications/entries will be open on 1 March and will close 31 March 2017 at 11:59pm AEST.
  7. All Entrants must be contactable via mobile phone and email.
  8. By entering this contest, you agree to sign up to Ete Swimwear’s email marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  9. All entrants under the age of 18 will require the consent of their legal guardian if they make it to the top 10, which will be indicated by the signature of such legal guardian on a form to be sent out to successful applicants.
  10. A total of 8 finalists will be selected by the organisers on 6 April 2017 and will be contacted by phone and email.
  11. 10 wildcard entries will be selected and will go into an online vote. The 2 entrants with the most votes will become part of the 10 finalists.
  12. A total of 10finalists will be selected and will be contacted by mobile phone and email with details on the next stage by 14 April.
  13. Top 10 finalists will each receive a prize pack from sponsors of the model search including a bikini from Ete Swimwear. Prizes TBC.
  14. All Finalists agree to post a photo on their Insatgram accounts featuring their Ete Swimwear bikini and tagging Vivien’s and Ete Swimwear in both the post caption and image. Ete Swimwear must approve the photo before it is posted. Entrants must email their photos to info@eteswimwear.com to be approved.
  15. This Instagram post will be used to help decide on the winner and is due to be posted by 26 April 2017. Late posts may lead to disqualification.
  16. Entrants’ Instagram accounts must be on public for the duration of the contest.
  17. The judges will select and announce 1 x winnerof the Ete Swimwear Model Search on 1 May 2017. The winner will be notified by phone and email.
  18. This contest winner will have the chance to become the face of Ete Swimwear’s latest campaign in a photo shoot. Location and date TBA. All copyright of the images from this photo shoot remain the copyright of Ete Swimwear Pty Ltd.
  19. The contest winner will receive the chance to meet with Vivien’s Model Management and have the chance to be signed to the modeling agency. There is no guarantee that Vivien’s Model Management will sign the winner. Other prizes TBA.
  20. Vivien’s may further offer representation to any of the remaining Finalists.
  21. All contestants will be judged by representatives from ETE SWIMWEAR & VIVIEN’S MODEL MANAGEMENT. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  22. The judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning any aspect of the competition or the judges’ decision.
  23. All entries become the property of Ete Swimwear Pty Ltd and will not be returned or shared with third parties.
  24. All other forms and releases to be signed by the contest winner must also be signed by the legal guardian should the contestant winner be under 18 years of age.
  25. All finalists and their legal guardian where appropriate, will be required to sign a release form for publicity assignments, in store appearances and interviews that may result from the competition.
  26. All copyright and rights for reproduction of any material supplied by the contestants or made using the contestants will be the exclusive property of Ete Swimwear PTY LTD.
  27. It is a condition of entry that all finalists will undertake such publicity assignments, photo shoots, in-store appearances and interviews, as required by the contest organisers.
  28. No payment will be made for any assignments, photo shoots, in-store appearances and interviews, excluding those outlined in the major prize.
  29. All entrants must be able to be represented by Vivien’s Model Management exclusively if Vivien’s wish to sign them and will be required to sign an agreement to that effect immediately after the offer is made. If under 18 a parent or legal guardian should be available to sign after the announcement.
  30. The promoter is Ete Swimwear PTY LTD. trading as Ete Swimwear (ABN 52 613 713 509).
  31. All contestants release Ete Swimwear PTY LTD trading as Ete Swimwear (ABN 52 613 713 509) against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
